I only had to wait 3 weeks for my ENT appointment. I was seen by Mr Jay who explained everything very clearly and then was taken through for a scope which I was not expecting to happen the same day. Fantastic to be able to watch on the screen and to see that all was pretty much normal. advice/meds given there and then. We are so fortunate to have such amazing technology available to us , very impressed with treatment, thankyou, Sarah

I would imagine it’s difficult to improve things during the pandemic. Once we are back up & running it will take time.
