I went in to Parkside as a day patient for an Endoscopy. Admitted midday, taken down for the procedure at 2pm. Great contact with the Surgeon, discussed my situation etc all great.
However left in the recovery room for 1 hour 45 mins following the procedure. The Nurses in the recovery room were great, they called Parkside three times before they finally came to collect me. They even provided me with tea and biscuits, as they would an NHS patient. I have suggested to my insurers that they look at the bill very carefully as Parkside provided no care.
Truly awful experience, I will use Clare Park for the further investigations needed.
