All my interactions with Parkside have been very dealt with in a professional and courteous manner (Outpatient Appointment, Pre-Admission, Admission, Surgery, Physiotherapy, In-patient Nursing). The only element of my stay that was not made clear in advance was the discharge process, all I knew was that the room had to be free by 10am. I now realise there is a discharge process that needs to be gone through and that the focus on 10am was misplaced (I had pre-ordered a taxi to collect me at 9:30 which had to wait for an hour until I was ready with my discharge medications).
