I have been a patient at Parkside for 12 years. I have had varying outpatient appointments, but my main care has been for breast cancer, which has been outstanding and is now resolved. I have never had anything other than kindness, professionalism and outstanding care right through the team from doctors, nurses and other health professionals to receptionists and cleaners. The hospital is always spotless and the management during COVID has been excellent from a patient point of view.

The Parkside is getting back on its feet after being closed for usual business because of Covid-19. I suspect for this reason that a) didn't always know what b) was doing, and the food options were fewer than when I stayed for an operation previously. But essentially the hospital seemed to me to be in pretty good shape.

I have visited Parkside many times and I have found them to be efficient and clean. I have had carpal tunnel decompression operations there with no problems. The ultrasound and radiology teams are great. Also handy to have a car park for patients to use. They have a mini Mri scanner for hands and wrists as well as the bigger mri scanners for other parts of the body. Headphones with music while scanning were always supplied before the covid pandemic, would assume that they will be resumed later. The hospital has a good selection of consultants to choose from.

Parkside is an excellent hospital, the best I have been to in London. The facilities are up to date, and the nursing staff are excellent. While going to hospital is never pleasant, the care is without fault. Highly recommended.

Surprised no Covid testing on entering hospital - no temperature taken etc.
At MRI asked if I wanted music on earphones, said yes, but in very long session didn’t arrive! Felt a bit rushed.

Albeit I was an NHS patient the staff and hospital met all expectations expected of a hospital in the private sector
