I received a cancer diagnosis on 1st March, the staff at Parkside were incredible in terms of the compassion and professionalism they demonstrated. Regardless of whether I was dealing with the reception team, nurses, administrative staff or the consultants, all were fabulous ambassadors for the hospital.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkside to anyone seeking treatment - the staff and facilities are first rate as was the care I received.

It’s difficult to get ‘warts and all’ information about surgeons. I think Parkside should be more open about this.

Quick response by the hospital in booking me in with the consultant on the same day as my request, very thorough examination both in line of questioning and physical.

A great hospital with parking plus delightful staff on reception. Lovely waiting area with a coffee and hot chocolate machine. when you need blood test they’re done instantly. x-rays usually on the day. MRIs and speciality x-rays within a few days. more than happy with the treatment of my family have received there.

All the staff were extremely lovely and gave me the support when i needed it. I was regularly checked up on after the surgery and was also seen by the surgeon to check i was happy with the procedure and that i was feeling okay. I felt very safe and the hospital was clean and enjoyable to stay in.
