I felt that I was staying in a good quality hotel instead of a hospital. Everywhere is clean and new. All of the staff are so friendly and have time to attend to your needs. The food was fabulous. I felt like I had been away for a short break rather than have an operation. Providing a toiletry pack with lovely thick towels in the bathroom just added to the experience. At every stage from my first appointment to my discharge every member of the team was polite and helpful and I was encouraged to ask questions at every step.
