I arrived, and was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The nurses ( angels) took great care to make sure I was well informed and well looked after. The consultant whom I knew visited me and gave me a full explanation of my pending procedure. I had a quick visit from the anesthesiologist who asked me some medical history questions. In the operating theatre, it was very straight forward and quick, ( felt a bit cold & unwelcoming, but hey it's a serious job.) I then woke in recovery to the angels who took great care of me and were very just so very kind. The food was excellent and the Catering lady was lovely...I even got and extra pot of Tea..! All in all, a great safe experience and I would recommend the One Hatfield Hospital to anyone..!
