I recently had surgery and the whole experience was excellent from being taken to my room, pre-op assessments, explanation by consultants and anathetist of procedure, preparation for surgery and post op care. The nurses who looked after me (Tracy Cooper & Andrea Thompson) both provided great care - nothing was too much trouble.
