Serious Concerns About Radiology team and Accountability - My experience with the radiology department was extremely disappointing. Scan results provided by the radiologist were misleading and confirmed by radiology manager, leading to the scans being sent to another hospital for quality checking, which is very concerning. The subsequent handling by the risk management team showed poor accountability and a lack of clear ownership of the error. To make matters worse, the response was an offer of discounted services rather than a meaningful resolution. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in the department and I would not return for any other services.
