My care at One Hatfield Hospital was incredible. All of the staff from reception to the surgical team, nurses to catering were friendly, warm and welcoming and professional. They listened to any questions or concerns that I had and answered them fully; explaining everything that I wanted to know. I felt very well cared for. This exceptional care and thoroughness of the staff actually highlighted an unknown medical issue which I have been advised regarding and have nothing but tremendous thanks for everyone involved. The elective surgery was excellent and I am incredibly happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Everything was fully explained to me, I was comfortable during my stay (day-case), the staff were always there for me if I needed anything and the aftercare is wonderful. I have no complaints at all about my experience and cannot thank everyone there enough for their truly amazing care and kindness!
