I was referred by My GP to Hospital One on my requests after long and disappointing treatment I received from St Albans City Hospital and NHS administrations. I was warned that this will only prolong my waiting time for ACL reconstruction surgery. Well, I am glad I decided to do that. I had surgery within 6 weeks time. Staff was really nice and caring. Hospital clean and comfortable with delicious food. But thing which they won me with was, every time they did what they told me they would do.
