I had elective day surgery at One Hatfield shortly after the hospital opened. As a nurse myself I was totally blown away by the professionalism and positive attitude of all the staff. State of the art facilities and it is obvious that a lot of thought went into design of the hospital.
From my initial consultation with a GP (yes, they do this as well!) to an MRI scan and a consult with a surgeon the process was flawless. The finance department were also very on the ball.
The food was excellent and I really would recommend the hospital to anyone who is looking for treatment.
The GP service is very reasonably priced and there is ample parking with a tea/coffee bar to boot!
