Nurses put you at ease and are polite and friendly , consultants puts you at ease and explains everything
Surgical team puts you at ease and friendly .
I could not fault any of the staff at one Hatfield hospital even down to the hostess, they are all a credit to the hospital .
Took all my fears away and kept me feeling calm
