I wanted to write to say a massive thank you for the unbelievable care I received when I had my tonsils removed on 9 October.
It was a daunting procedure to have due to the pain I was warned about, but also as we aren’t allowed visitors it was an especially worrying time for me as I would normally have a family member with me for something like this.
From start to finish, the ladies who looked after me were amazing. I never at one point worried as they were so attentive.
I couldn’t recommend the hospital enough and your staff members, who I’ve listed below are an absolute credit to your team and if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks, I would be very appreciative.
