The One Ashford Hospital is well organised for out patient appointments and day time procedures.
My only comment is the level of costs for an MRI scan and Consultant fee’s are somewhat high, a MRI scan should not be charged at £400 and Consultant fee’s should be based on the length of time you are with the consultant.

Cannot make any recommendations for improvement as the care provided by the surgeon, anesthetist, and the recovery nurses was second to none.

I am a retired healthcare professional with a spouse who is severely immunocopromised. I was admitted for a day case procedure, and as my spouse and I have been "shielding" for 3 years was anxious about my admission The One Ashford staff could not have been more diligent in their management of me. Many thanks to Mr Housden (who sadly I don't see listed on the One Asford staff list), my anaesthetist and his "crew" the nurse, HCA, catering department and porter who all looked after me so well. Please keep up the good work and high standards, it was very mucg appreciated.

What can I say?! Dr Hazari is totally amazing! I suffered from excess upper eyelid skin which caused severe 'hooding' to my eyes. After much research I went for a consultation with Dr Hazari. She made sure I understood the finite details of my procedure pre-op and what I should realistically expect from the procedure. I felt confident in her hands and went ahead and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Dr Hazari is so skilled and was so gentle on my eye tissue with her work that after only 8 weeks post-op I actually look like I have eye makeup on rather than severe scar tissue! I took care to follow her post-op instructions and the results speak for themselves.
I can not praise her enough and I highly recommend anyone wishing to have Blepharoplasty to have a consultation with Dr Hazari as she is forthright with expectations, explains everything fully and the her pre-op and post-op care is second to none.
I would also like to thank her 2 wonderful secretaries who kept me fully informed along the way and the lovely Nurse who assisted in the operation.
A huge thank you to Dr Hazari and your team!

I was due to have MRI scan today, I advised hospital that I had had an aneurysm 13 years ago which had been clipped. I advised them 3 weeks before and was told they would check and get back to me if there was any problem.
Today I was told I couldn’t have it because of not knowing what clip was made of.
They apologised and said they would be in touch.
No offer of recompense re time and travel.

I visited the One Hospital Ashford to see Chris Theoki about my vertigo again I received excellent service from him his secretary and all the staff at the one hospital I was treated kindly and respectfully and listened to and would recommend this hospital to all my friends and family thank you Judith Thorpe Broadstairs Kent

There is not much to improve bar the slow moving of cases through the system during covid
