It would be remiss of me not to mention the team supporting Mr Jain. I was warmly welcomed by a Receptionist with a genuine smile and escorted by a Porter with a wonderful sense of humour. The Anaesthetist and his Assistant really knew how to calm this anxious patient through lighthearted conversation, and the Nurses couldn't have been more caring. Last but not least, compliments to the Chef for a very delicious meal that was well-presented, and thanks to the lady who served me with a smile and readiness to help me with anything else I might have needed. Everyone seemed to be loving their jobs and to me that's a crucial ingredient for fantastic service. My sincere thanks to you all.
