I have just had an operation at One Ashford and can highly recommend this hospital. Such friendly caring staff and my specialist Mr Brian Wise was just wonderful. I was completely put at my ease and my procedure fully explained to me. The theatre staff and anaesthetist were highly professional and kind, putting me at my ease when I was a bit nervous. The post operative care was amazing!! The nurses are super kind and professional. I felt very safe and protected with regards to Covid protocols too. I would not hesitate in coming here again. .

It would be remiss of me not to mention the team supporting Mr Jain. I was warmly welcomed by a Receptionist with a genuine smile and escorted by a Porter with a wonderful sense of humour. The Anaesthetist and his Assistant really knew how to calm this anxious patient through lighthearted conversation, and the Nurses couldn't have been more caring. Last but not least, compliments to the Chef for a very delicious meal that was well-presented, and thanks to the lady who served me with a smile and readiness to help me with anything else I might have needed. Everyone seemed to be loving their jobs and to me that's a crucial ingredient for fantastic service. My sincere thanks to you all.

I had a bilateral breast reduction at One Ashford 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but praise for the staff there. From the moment of admission and taken up to my ward by a lovely porter who explained how all the 'gadgets' in my room worked, to the nurses who checked me in etc, the professionalism and care of the staff was 100%. Super clean room. Everyone sanitising hands etc on entering room, etc. Room was lovely and bright - excellent wc facilities.
The care from the nurses was second to none - Jenny, Emma and Jane in particular, thank you! They work very hard but were always happy and kind. I had a light supper after surgery which was lovely (thank you to the lovely catering lady) and before I was discharged the following day had a wonderful lunch. Three days post surgery I had a call from a nurse at One Ashford to check that I was feeling okay. Outpatients for change of dressings was fabulous. First class all the way - would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if needed surgery/outpatient care. Thank you.

One Ashford is an excellent hospital. I was treated there as an NHS patient but was treated no differently to a private patient. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone contemplating treatment.

I have had an excellent experience here with my son on two occasions.
Today I brought him in for a check up and the Debbie at Front desk realises it was his birthday soon so got him a donut in a box and he was over the moon and ate it on the way home. Everyone you come across is friendly and want to help.

I have been treated as an NHS patient, but can honestly say that I have been cared for every bit as well as a private patient. The staff are friendly and professional and with the Covid situation, I notice that everything we touch is cleaned afterwards which makes me feel very secure that I'm being looked after properly.
