I had day surgery at The Oaks two days ago and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Friendly, professional staff who made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My room was clean and the facilities were great.
I had a lovely nurse who looked after me before and after my operation, the anaesthetist and my consultant both came to visit pre-operation as well as afterward. I would highly recommend this hospital. I was being treated as an NHS patient.
