I recently had a procedure done under fabulous Mr Maxwell and the team at Oaklands hospital in Salford.
I would like you to know the fantastic care that I recieved was amazing. From the gatekeeper right through to discharge the staff where outstanding.
The level of respect and professionalism was outstanding.
The hospital was very welcoming and extremely safe in terms of corona virus etc. I did not have to worry at all. The day care room itself was very clean and tidy.
The whole team work as a team which was really reassuring to see, unlike some hospitals I have been in both NHS and private.
I was very impressed by the care I was given by the team was outstanding.

Every single person I came into contact with at Oaklands was friendly, professional and caring. I was very happy with the service I received.

I have been in the Oakland’s Hospital as both a Private and NHS Patient and the care and staff are excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend the Oakland’s Hospital.

I was treated at Oaklands Hospital for private surgery. They went over and above to ensure my needs were met and I was comfortable following surgery. The staff and environment was lovely and welcoming, thank you Oaklands Hospital.

I’ve been this morning for my pre op, the staff were fantastic from reception staff to nurses, I was really nervous about the procedure I’ll be having but the staff made me feel so at ease answered all my questions can’t fault them at all, brilliant

Throughout my experience I felt safe and looked after. The care I received before, during and after my operation was excellent. Can’t be faulted.

Amazing hospital, staff were kind and helpful, i felt i was in good hands.
The whole procedure went so well, and the care at the hospital was fantastic.

The surgeon, anaesthetist, physios and his immediate team were very professional and informative throughout, however some of the nursing staff weren’t all reading from the same page.
I cannot fault the hospital for cleanliness!
