From beginning to end made to feel like nothing was too much. Treated by mr maxwell for knee surgery. Handled very professional.
All staff including consultants and nursing staff were excellent and very approachable.
Would definitely use this hospital again. Definitely recommend.

I received excellent treatment in Oaklands when I had a hip replacement operation.

The room allocated to me was clean and checked daily by the domestic staff.
I was escorted down to theatre by staff who were polite and reassuring. My only concern is that the car parking situation should be addressed it is impossible to park at the hospital at times.

The hospital was completely professional during my time visiting.
When I first arrived for my operation they adapted to my situation and offered me an over night stay.
The physio before and after my operation was helpful in what to expect and ways to help myself and adapt in the initial period.
The physio after the initial period also helped me as much as possible and provided personalised exercises and steps as I progressed

I cannot fault the Hospital, it is clean and looks very inviting from going through the main entrance and being escorted to your room by the nurse that would be looking after you. I was completely at ease.Once in my room i was told when to expect to go to the op room.

The majority of staff were vigilant and went out of their way to attend to my appropiate need. The majority of the staff were exemplary in the way they carried out their duties.

Just come home from day surgery, couldn’t have been treated any better.
From the minute I arrive in reception to discharge I was treat with care & respect.
I was treated very very well by receipt, physiotherapist, nurses & all the theatre staff, the after care staff, in total I counted 7 people looking after me.
The hospital is only small, its very clean and well set out, in fact it doesn’t feel like a hospital, it doesn’t smell like a hospital, but every one of those taking care of me where professional & caring.
It was a a great experience.
I would definitely recommend this hospital & if I need anymore surgeries then I will by asking if I can have the Oaklands Manchester.

When I was in for my op 1 year ago, received nothing but very, very excellent care from all staff including night staff and everyone I met. Same again on 4th September 2018 when I had a consultation with Mr Batra. . Bearing in mind staff were very busy and run off their feet. Well looked after. Many Thanks

Everything was great till the after care experience. When phoned to explain still in pain 16 weeks after op, was told contact my gp for a referral , no interest shown what so ever.
