Excellent good. Can't think of nothing to be improved. Painkillers other medication was given to us for free. Satisfied. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

From pre op. assessment through admission, operation, and post op stay in ward the treatment & care by all doctors & nursing staff was excellent, caring & kind & professional. No complaints at all, & my faith in the nursing profession is restored!!

I have no complaints about my care as an patient all staff & help were wonderful helpful very understanding in each and every way. For improvements no I can't see what there is to improve excellent care throughout.

All staff were kind helpful & caring. Bedhead overhead lights were too bright. Staff could find no way of dimming so you felt if other patients had their lights off you had too. Making sure that there was a hot bedtime drink every night. Saturday 12 Jan no hot drink.

Everyone was kind, caring, attentive & knowledgeable. I cannot praise everyone enough & if one has to be in hospital this is it.

My care was out of this world, and the staff were so kind and caring I could not have been looked after better if I'd been a private patient. I can't think of anything that could be improved. A very satisfied patient but I am missing all the staff.

Everything! Surgeon, all the staff, could not have been better. I hope they know what a wonderful team they are at NOC - especially with bad NHS news in the press.
