I was treated very well by all staff as I prepared for my thyroid surgery. Staff were sympathetic and understanding, as well as being friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt that the service was first class.

Arrived on the 25th July 2023 for my second knee replacement. Mr Anwar Jafri being my consultant & Zelda Charlton Ward Nurse. I must give high praise to both Mr Jafri & Zelda Charlton. Such caring people in what could be a stressful experience. Having said that praise also to each individual staff member that I was in contact with who gave very high levels of care.
Please could my comments be passed to these very caring people.

As a nervous patient everyone I came into contact with was very kind and put me at my ease. I felt very well looked after by all and am so grateful to them.
All though I went in as an NHS patient it made no difference.
There is also a great sense of calm.

I had my gall baller removed by Prof Viswanath at the Nuffield NorthTees hospital and his excellent medical team on 23rd July 2021. I can't praise the service highly enough. From the beginning of the process to the end all the staff involved whether medical, secretarial, administrative, nursing or catering were all helpful, friendly and highly professional in their particular area of expertise. There is no need to be apprehensive about undertaking surgery during the pandemic as the safety procedures at the hospital and on the ward were very good indeed. What is very reassuring is if after surgery if you need any help or medical advice you are provided with contact telephone numbers and the telephone is always answered at whatever time of day you phone which is wonderful.

The Nuffield Hospital Staff are the most friendly, happy professionals I have ever met. The attention to detail and Patient care is second to none.
