I was very well cared for here: the staff were invariably kind and helpful, whilst being totally professional. Everywhere was immaculately clean. My visitors were welcomed and we were all treated with respect, and humour was always appropriate, (and appreciated!) My only slightly negative comment would be that the food was occasionally not quite of a standard I expected, but it was always perfectly edible!

I have had excellent care from beginning to end and I can't praise the work that Mr Benedict Rogers did in replacing my hip with a new one that was fitted with precision and expertise to compensate for the difference in height between the two joints that I was borne with.

Excellent. I wasn't looking forward to spending time in hospital but the time flew due to the level of care/interest of all the staff The nurses were great and found time to chat about things other than your medical condition. Pre op they were reassuring, I couldn't have felt more comfortable going down for my operation. Post op people couldn't have done more. I was keen to get home the day after the op and physios made that possible. Room very clean, food good and people were always making sure I was OK. NHS patient but I can see why people might go private Absolutely recommend
