I received excellent care from all the staff at the hospital,my room was clean and comfortable.The staff were friendly and professional and l had positive experiences both times that l have been a patient at this hospital.

I had a hip replacement on 17th February 2023. The care I received was excellent. All staff were professional and approachable. The only issue I have had was contacting the physiotherapist department about my aftercare.

I have just had my second hip replacement surgery at the Nuffield hospital in Haywards Heath. The care and support I received was second to none all the staff were friendly, compassionate and totally professional. The physiotherapy department helped make my recovery all the quicker and smoother, a big thanks to you all.

My 3 night post-op stay was a joy - only the associated pain detracted from it being like a hotel.
But unlike a hotel, I was cared for by an excellent team of nurses, as well as the physio, the catering staff and a lovely philosophical pharmacist.
After a very successful operation, this helped enormously with the recovery process.
My thanks to everyone who was involved- without exception they added to my experience at Haywards Heath Nuffield.

I recently had a total hip replacement performed by Mr James Gibbs at the Nuffield, Haywards Heath. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of care offered by all the staff from reception, to nursing, portering , pharmacy, radiography and physiotherapy. It all works like a well oiled machine but the staff attitude of care underlays everything at the Nuffield, and that makes the difference for which I am truly grateful.

I spent 2 nights at The Nuffield when I had both knee replacements done together. The staff were amazing as was the catering! I felt cared for & listened to. I was quite sad to leave on day 3!
