Its always friendly & helpful when Ive been here, the nurses have always been very nice when Ive been in which makes a big difference when you are having treatments/ operations. They also make you feel valued & listened to, even when you're being v nervous about a small thing!
The only complaints I have is that the wifi isn't the easiest system to log on to & the car parking can be very difficult to find a space (its not always practical to cycle or taxi depending on what you are there for). The parking is very limited there so if at all possible dont drive! There are however dedicated oncology spaces & these often have free spaces
