Excellent, caring and professional service. I was listened to which was nice, and the treatment was explained in full. I cannot recommend highly enough.

My only comments would be: 1) having been asked about any allergies / food issues, I was then disappointed that there was no vegetable alternative to dairy butter available. As breakfast was the only meal I had during my stay, I cannot comment further on the food. 2) I had to wait about 2 hours for the physio to come on discharge - whilst I understand there may have been an emergency, I was surprised that there was only the one person available.

Nuffield Hsopital provided clean and friendly environment. All the staff looked after me to ensure my needs were catered for and allowed me to go home same day feeling a job well done and pain free.
