All the staff I came in contact were outstanding - unfortunately I had endured a most difficult and uncomfortable experience at the NHS - so understanding the enormous pressure nurses and support staff are under - I was anxious. I need not have worried - ALL the staff were delightful of manner and most caring. They all thought the world of Mr Gupta. Another endorsement of this outstanding surgeon.
