The care I recieved leading up, during and after to my admission we’re outstanding. A special thanks to Nurse Debbie, who supported Mr V Ramakrishnan at all my appointments, lovely lady who is outstanding at making you feel comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend this Nuffield to everyone thinking about private care, or NHS funded. Absolutely no issues that could be improved upon.

I was provided no information following the cataract op. Though I had one done before in an other hospital where after care and information was very clear
I would not recommend this hospital to a friend
Sat and waited to leave the hospital after the op and again no one came to say that I could leave
It was only after my husband asked if we could leave that some one said that we could
No date for follow up appointment

All the hca’s and Nurses, domestic staff, were so nice .The care given to me was exceptional.

I cannot fault the care and attention I received from Sasha Dua and her team in the Breast Cancer Unit at the Nuffield Hospital. Everytime I had an appointment they were very welcoming and on hand to give assistance and answer any questions that arose. When having surgery the team on the ward were great and very supportive.

I cannot fault Nuffield Health at Brentwood , I was always fully aware of exactly what was needed and why , from explaining the simple things to the more complex procedures , I was given the best attention.
The room was comfortable and clean , food great with a good choice.
Special mention to Mollie who works with Ms Dua , she would phone just to say hello and was I ok.
This type of attention and care is fantastic and makes the patient feel they too can ask questions and nothing is classed as a silly question.
