My daughter was under the care of Mr Chatrath who took great care to ensure she (and myself) felt comfortable with the procedure. Mr Chatrath also spoke directly to my daughter which she and I appreciated (even though only 6 years old). We could not have been happier with the results of the procedure and my daughter was taken excellent care of throughout.
Everyone is so lovely and kind and answer every question you have and they make sure your comfortable, I highly recommend this hospital.
The only problem I had is I was down as a new patient. In theory this is correct but the forms I handed in were not on the system. I did do them again but today on my follow up appointment again told I was a new patient and had I seen my consultant before. A bit worrying as I had a colonoscopy a fortnight ago which again seems to have disappeared as my notes were not there. No fault of the specialist just the admin seems very lax.
Staff were extremely professional, caring and helpful.
I always use The Nuffield at Brentwood, a great hospital and wonderful staff!
i had a lovely experience. The assistance was wonderfull anlong with the hygiene. The doctor was very welcoming and assuring. i doubt i will find such excellent serice. I highly recommend!
I do not think improvment is necessary.
I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This is not what I pay private healthcare for! If I wanted to share a room I would go on the NHS, for which incidentally, I also pay! Food was absolutely awful.
On a positive note the staff were friendly and professional.
This hospital needs to remember that we as patients can choose!
Need to up their game in terms of the customer experience, yes we are here for the treatment but we are paying for it!
My initial consultation with the Dr was brilliant. Extremely helpful. Been trying for 2 weeks to call and talk to someone about appointment for the procedure. Get cut off. Passed from pillar to post. And left my number twice and no call back from them. Disappointed
I was not treated with care or consideration by the state registered nurse supposed to look after me before or after my procedure, fortunately my wife was with me.
In theatre I had a spinal injection therefore I was awake, the professor performing the procedure never acknowledged my existence before , during or after , I had to ask the anaesthetist later if it was successful, the anaesthetist was very nice.
I hope I never have to go Nuffield hospital in Brentwood again.
