My recent experience with the hospital pharmacy at Northwick Park hospital was just outstanding.
A pharmacist named Robert Nowak went above and beyond his role to help me.
The A&E staff are very rude. I understand there is pressure but they are taking this out on patients and their carers. There is no communication and if you are asked a question you are barked at. I was so afraid to ask. At one point I had been shouted at 3 times to the point it made me cry.
There should be compassionate staff who understand patients are humans. And their carers are concerned snd distressed. We were left waiting for over 10 hours. No one asked the patient if they wanted a hot drink or something to eat. Especially when he was 75 with multiple comorbidities. It’s awful.
As my local hospital I have been there for many years, for different reasons. I dread going there. There is a total lack of communication throughout departments. I have several X-rays, scans which didn’t need to be done. Waited over two years currently, for a procedure which still hasn’t happened due to an incompetent consultant lead. Complaints team are useless. I will now go to other hospitals, where I have received better treatment, where you are listened to.
My Physiotherapist Victoria was very professional, caring and explained my problem very well.
Ms Samantha Duncan was great!
My Physio, Ms Samantha Duncan was very professional and courteous and extremely helpful, sympathetic and understanding.
Its a great pity that the current NHS restrictions mean that I am only allowed a maximum of 4 consultations. Especially because the current consultations with Ms Duncan have really helped and would have been very beneficial to continue with her for longer.
Very helpful physios, no problems experienced with their care.
After two visits my condition has started to improve
Vicky was great
