I went for my 12-week scan to the Radiology US and received great care. I was informed in time what to expect and the sonographer, Afiya was kind and patient with me. Although I didn't know I needed to pay in advance for the baby scan photos but Chea from the US reception told me not to worry and she will sort this out for me. I paid for my photos and left the receipt with her. She went back to the sonographer to get my photos. When received my photos of the scan from Chea. I was emotional and in tears to see my baby's picture and she was so kind and thoughtful, she got tissues for me and stayed next to me until I calmed down.

Suggested improvements
Although I got my photos, it was not clear to me that I need to pay in advance. I thought I pay after and that can choose which photo I want. Maybe it would be better to put a notice in the waiting room on the paying machine that we need to pay before the scan starts.
