The nursing staff were efficient. The surgical staff gave clear explanations and little information offered aftercare (useful meds/mouthwashing - but perhaps this will come post discharge. I will ask if not offered!
Suggested improvements
A personal thing but it bothers me being called '{mum}' it feels informal!
