recently admitted to IFU (intestinal failure unit) at Northwick park hospital for central line change due to infection. all staff were lovely and always polite was treated with the most respect at time staff were uninformed about what was going on. the SHO (Senior house officer) on the ward was always available to answer any questions i had but it seemed to me like he was less knowageable then me which i found very strange apart from this all other people i met were very helpful in particular Dr. Lorenzo Patroni next time i will come find you myself!
