Share review of Northwick Park Hospital
I have been waiting for allergy patch test for 9 months now. I called them 3 times for update. I talked to 3 different people and I got 3 different answers. I have seen the GP, doctors before, I also had a call with the doctor then I was send to the dermatologist. I was waiting for 2 months for a 10 mins appointment, for someone to say to me: "I don't know what is this, don't know what causes it". She REFERRED me to the Northwick Park Hospital to an allergy patch test (in April 25). They told me it's 6-9 months waiting list. I called for update in June (they stated on the document if they will not contact till June I need to called them, so I did) they told me it's too early, the waiting list is long. I called them October 25, they told me I am still on the waiting list for the test and don't worry, they will contact me when the appointment is available. I called them today Jan. 26, it's been 9 months now and I heard nothing from them. After a long hold the lady told me there is an appointment, I chose one of the options and I wanted to confirm that whether this is the allergy test... and NO! This is a consultation with the dermatologist. I told her they mixed something up as I went through all the consultation process, dermatologist etc. and now I am just waiting for the appointment. She said only the hospital can refer me to the hospital allergy test. What is going on here? So now she is saying I waited 9 months for another 10 minutes appointment to then wait another 9 months for the ACTUAL test? Jokers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am highly disappointed.
