My mother was treated with great care and respect by all the staff. Unfortunately there was a long wait for a bed, which was unavoidable because of the large number of patients.
I would especially like to thank Margaret King and consultant Sabir Ali in the Clinical Decision Unit for all their efforts and being so understanding. They enabled my mother to return home and arranged for the Starrs Team to assess her and provide mobility aids.
