I was brought in today by Ambulance after a cardiac event. Staff in your HDU were fantastic. Nurse who looked after me in my room was a lovely lady with Long Blonde hair and was on shift this morning 25th. Never got the chance to thank her. I was later moved to another department and the nurse there was called Lamya. Asset to the hospital and a lovely young lady. She needs to be made aware how comfy she made me feel. All the staff I came across today we're out of this world and a massive asset to this great hospital. Thank you so much
The nurses on this unit are wonderful caring individuals. They make you feel that you are the most important person on the ward.I have never had a general anesthetic or stayed in a hospital and was a bit apprehensive to say the least, but I enjoyed being here and the treatment was exceptional.Ionly hope if I have another hospital visit I see these girls again.
Very professional and caring everyone who looked after were very kind & caring. They very reassuring at what is a very frightening time for myself and my family.
Was brought up n by ambulance wonderful service the ambulance service the NHS can be proud of.
The A & E was inefficient and uncaring. I arrived in their assessment ward at 3am (approx) no blood pressure was taken, no temperature ,examined my leg very dismissal, although I was in pain.
I feel I should explain how I ended
Up here. I had a blood test at my GP 16th Feb
At 4pm. At 1am on 17th Feb I received a call from Northwick Park to inform me there was irregularities with the blood sample and I need to get straight to the hospital. I explained I am the primary carer for me cerebrally daughter and I would have arrange for a carer to come in.
I did this and an ambulance was ordered
By I presume Northwick Park for me.
Room for Improvement. Always good management coupled with good work ethics leads to success and heir appeared to be many members of staff on duty yet I was not seen on even spoken to for four hours.
I have never had such incredible care at a hospital in my life before. Doctor Patel was so kind, reassuring and caring listening to me and allowing for easy open communication. The surgery was fast and efficient and any questions I had were answered with ease. I truly appreciate the care and support I was given by Doctor Patel.
My physiotherapist, Vikki, was kind, reassuring and very professional. I had to change for examination and she gave me dignity and privacy during the changing and the examination, Vikki is knowledgeable in her field and gave me positive ways to continue with my exercises.
Very good hospital with caring staff
Brilliant staff, run off their feet but kind, friendly and highly professional. I might have been seen quicker in a private establishment but I could not have had better treatment.
My recent experience with the hospital pharmacy at Northwick Park hospital was just outstanding.
A pharmacist named Robert Nowak went above and beyond his role to help me.
The A&E staff are very rude. I understand there is pressure but they are taking this out on patients and their carers. There is no communication and if you are asked a question you are barked at. I was so afraid to ask. At one point I had been shouted at 3 times to the point it made me cry.
There should be compassionate staff who understand patients are humans. And their carers are concerned snd distressed. We were left waiting for over 10 hours. No one asked the patient if they wanted a hot drink or something to eat. Especially when he was 75 with multiple comorbidities. It’s awful.
