Stop dropping patients off at A&E then abandoning them with no explanation as to how long they may habe to wait and lying to them about who will be taking charge of their problem. The nurses were just going through with routine tests and had no real answers or input. Distinctly got the impression rhey have been told to not treat you if they can get away with it, I was given bare minimum of pain relief and that was after sitting waiting for 8hours. I was shown the door after not being referred to my consultant as I had asked, then had tp make my way home in my slippers (30 miles). So thanks NGH for your help! I wouldn't let someone take their dog to this place, it is obviously a place where the state of victimhood is worn like a badge of honour, the NHS needs to haemorrhage these types from its service if it wants to survive. I lost count of how many overweight bone idle workers were lounging around. The worst part of all was witnessing an elderly man in distress requesting to be taken to the toilet to relieve himself and the amount of staff who walked past totally ignoring him. Although in intense neuro pain from my spine I got him a wheelchair and sat him in it. At that point a staff member was suitably embarrassed and reluctantly took him to the toilet. How embarrassing for the NHS.
