I am delighted at having chosen North Middlesex Hospital for my care. It is a very clean and good place to be whilst being there. All the staff are amazing and treated me well and with extreme kindness whilst doing their work. In between appointments, I had my lunch or coffee downstairs in the lovely restaurant and sometimes listened to the piano or other musical instruments being played in the foyer for us patients and staff. The hospital is light, bright and airy and makes you feel better being there. All the staff are amazing and very helpful so I am pleased I chose North Middlesex Hospital for my care. Thank you to everyone.

I am Ronald Marshall and I have seen Dr Chaudhary three times and cannot recommend her highly enough. Each time she listened to what I had to say, answered my questions and explained things carefully to ensure that there were no misunderstandings. The second time she carried out a bone marrow extraction and prior to this she explained exactly what I could expect from the procedure. I found her very caring and efficient, with an excellent bedside manner. I am sorry she is a locum at St Peter's and Ashford Hospitals and will be moving on as I have not received this standard of care from Haematology for twenty years or more.

I attended the cycstoscopy department on 20/7/23 . Being also a nhs staff, I was able to review this department from patients point of view The doctor ( female) and her team of three nurses attended to me very kindly, thru played my favourite artist to calm me down during my procedure. They were great ambassadors for the hospital. I am grateful to them for making my experience a great one

1) I do not.."identify with ..." I am Female! 2) As an Outpatient - the toilets were not clean - paper on the floor etc. 3) The Information/Reception desk at the amin entrance had no infrmation re. public transport - i.e. could not tell me where a certain bus stop was located. Given the chaos that is the parking situation at the North Midd. many people need information re. buses and this should be provided at the INFORMATION desk.

My 87 year old barrister mother, with bad fungating breast cancer and dementia, normally kicks and screams, when she is touched, but with the care, compassion and consideration shown by all, from the initial Point of Contact, Susannah in the Breast Cancer Clinic, right down to the two, heavily pregnant nurses in the Sir Tom Moore, Centenary [day surgery discharge] Ward, my mother was as quiet as a mouse and so happy now, free of breast cancer, including in the lymph nodes!
