I attended the Hospital as a day case for top surgery. All of the staff I met that day were very helpful, very welcoming and professional. The environment was very transgender inclusive. Thank you for such incredible care. Thank you in particular to the Gender Affirmation Team who treated me - Nick, Ian, Stacie and Kate. You've changed my life!

I cannot thank the staff at Manchester general enough for my care during my stay. Everyone I interacted with, not only those caring for me, were kind and helpful.

I met with Chloe first in an online meeting. I found her open and easy to talk to. She listened to my situation and then discussed my options for surgery when I further met her at the clinic. she examined me for top surgery, I would have ordinarily found this process excruciating but felt relaxed by Chole who put me at ease. She has a warm and kind composure, this would come across to anyone who is in her company. I suppose this is where trust builds.
After discussing treatment options, she advised me what would work best for my chest size.
I have since seen Chloe several times at the clinic and by way of contacting her through emails post-surgery. An email address is given for any questions or advice. Chole is clear and concise in her responses, always reassuring when this is needed. Chloe is part of a small but absolutely outstanding team. They should be proud of their work, these people are changing lives one operation at a time. I would highly recommend them for top surgery.

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. My mother died in the care of this hospital due to medical negligence. DO NOT USE

The care my 91 year old mother received was exemperiary.The consultant, nurses and receptionist were kind . caring and respectful.The consultant explained everything clearly and professionally.My mum has had several appointments at other hospitals recently and has been anxious but on this occasion was relaxed and happy.Thank you .
