I had great experience with Mr Iman after a long delay in my treatment, he was very professional in his consultation for my shoulder, management and he gave me the confidence that he knows everything about my problem and his knowledge and surgical expertise is impeccable

When we first moved to norfolk my son had to register with a local hospital to continue his care needs. We had an appointment with one of the children's dieticians Sara Pullan. Appointment throughout was with Sara Pullan asking me and my wife totally irrelevant questions such as " are you making new friends in your new area" unless I am missing something i totally fail to understand what relevance that had at the time to our sons enters pump matters. This line of questioning continued throughout the whole appointment. I do not know what agenda Me Pullan had but it clearly was not to do with wanting to meet our sons needs, and to keep boundaries and within her job remit. Have been asked by various clinicians since at appointments "what tests or medication do we think our son should be on". We are parents and not doctors and should not be asked to answer strange and inappropriate questions which we are not qualified to make.

Honestly, can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received at this hospital. Every single person that I came in contact with, was friendly and professional, which, when you're suffering with cancer, made me feel really at ease. My consultant Mr Ho was awesome. Thank you all.

Never go here.Travel out of Norwich if you can. This place is so bad. They make mistake after mistake. There may be the odd caring nurse here and there, but they are surrounded by nurses, who do not care, who shout at elderly patients, who criticise patients who've got real illnesses, who mimic and mock and patronise patients.I do not trust anybody here.It is a sham.It is inadequate. There is no continuity. They make mistakes, but never try to correct them.Consultants are so of the attitude that individual people do not matter, and consultants here leave many things unanswered, and with no follow up.There is no thoroughness here.Procedures are not in place, and therefore are not adhered to.This place is not a good hospital in any way.I wish I had never been anywhere near here, because they damaged my health, and hindered any help I was owed. They are not doing a good job - far from it.I know the mistakes they made with respect to my circumstances, and I also witnessed mistakes they made with several other patients.

Oh my God this place is a disgrace.I had such a bad time here.I also saw many others suffer badly. There is no care, no professionalism, no attention to detail.Misdiagnosis is rife.I will never forgive this place for the errors they made with my health, which means I am suffering daily.I will never trust anybody here ever again.I urge you to never trust this hospital. It is in need of a severe detailed inspection!

This is the worst hospital I have ever been in.Consultants made dreadful errors. They then proceeded to cover up their errors. This place is a disgrace to the medical profession.I do not trust anybody here. The staff are not approachable. The nurses did not even spot that my drip had been in past its date, and when it came out due to having been in place for too long, the drip's liquid made a puddle on the floor.I witnessed the nurses put towels down on the floor, looking around puzzled, because they could not work out where the liquid was coming from. They did not have the sense to check my drip or my hand. They did not have any care or thought for the patients. They could not do their job.I had to be the one to point out that my cannula had fallen out due to them not replacing it on time. It's a good job I was conscious, so that I could let those nurses know where the puddle came from.Otherwise they would not have worked it out, and, more importantly, they would not have known to replace my drip!I certainly do not call this, or anything I witnessed in this so-called hospital, care, or doing a good job. They definitely do not do anything right here.It is a dangerous place to be.Being ill at home seems far safer than ever setting foot into this so-called hospital!!!!!

This hospital is a complete disgrace.I had the misfortune to be there for some length of time.I was treated like a child, patronized, and not listened to.I have not been helped, due to gastroenterologists and their narrow-mindedness.They have been misled by wrong information in my medical records that one gp wrote. They refused to admit that gps can and do make huge errors.I pleaded with this hospital's staff to listen to the truth I was saying, and to not cover up the fact that one gp had made a grave error.I have a physical health issue. This hospital did not help, did not listen, and did not care. The gastroenterologists I saw were so blinkered in their approach.I am a grown up and should have been heard and should have been helped.I was treated with no respect by anybody here. When I was taking a shower, one nurse spoke to me in such a horrid way, as if I were about three years old.She said "Do you need the wee wees or the poo poos".I would not, in fact, have ever spoken like that to anybody, not even children, and I am a teacher.I am disgusted by all I witnessed whilst in this hospital.I saw an older lady, who had a stomach problem, become so ill by getting a leg ulcer whilst she was there. She was in so much pain with her leg, that she held her ulcerated leg out of the bed for some relief, but the nurses shouted at her, and kept shoving her leg with some force back on the bed, making her have covers on it, which obviously rubbed on her leg and gave her such discomfort.Another lady near me had an operation on her stomach and they mistakenly cut into her bowel. She was meant to be there for a minor stomach problem for a few days.Surgeons cut into the wrong part, as in her bowel, so she needed several operations and was there for four months!!!!The nurses here were so rude, so patronizing, and they laughed at patients and made fun of them.I was treated so badly and I witnessed others get treated extremely badly too.I could write a whole essay about all the disgusting things I witnessed, and about how I was misdiagnosed, and never listened to or helped.I have been left in agony, and sent home to suffer, because staff here refused to admit previous errors.I can write many things here, which are all very negative, but I hope from this review that everybody realises this hospital is awful. It is inadequate.Proper procedures are not adhered to.Staff, including consultants, misdiagnose, and are narrow-minded.Nurses are patronizing, and do not care, but think that's okay behaviour.I will never trust this hospital.

OMG where do I start. I was paralysed from a overdose in agony laying naked on a bed screaming crying while the doctors and nurses abused me. I was injected about a million times by a male nurse leaving my arms completely full with black and blue bruises. A doctor stood over me laughing at me and a strange male man was in the room imitating my screams. It was a nightmare. Also it looks like someone has tried to pull out my belly button ring. I will never forget how cruel they were to me, I am traumatised.

Wards are staffed by personnel that do a good job but who can't always be bothered, this applies to agency nurses.
