The whole sequence of appointments was dealt with swiftly. The staff were informative and made the process less stressful.
Not sure how to improve as normally it is about the time for appointments and this was not an issue. Follow up results will be sent to my GP in about 4 weeks, I assume there will not be an issue there either.
