The doctor that had seen me had probably been the best serving doctor for me. She treated me with the upmost respect & care while taking into consideration all my general mental & physical impairments. Sorry i don't know her name. A&E Doctor Hannah?

Receptionist extremely rude. Security extremely rude and intimidating Doctors/nurses are also extremly rude. These employees need further training. I understand they maybe tired but no need to take anger and soury mood on patients. It is all part of their job which they chose. If staff want respect they should try and understand their patients too. Discusting service. The most rubbish hospital ever known. Needs to shut this hospital down or change their staff. Need development plans. Appauling service.

I left on a trolley in front of the doctors and nurses station in Majors dept of the A &E. This was for 2 hours and when it was time to be catheterised, as my bladder had stopped working, the staff did not have the correct catheter. It drained quickly and was on bursting point! I had mentioned this tree times to the staff who were supposed to be looking after me, but they failed to empty it. Also for the 7 hours I was in A & E, I was not offered any thing to eat it drink. One of the nurses had spoken to me as if I was a nuisance. She created an unpleasant atmosphere with her surly approach ! The thing that I don't understand is why should I have to be polite to a nurse who behaves in an awful way. Nursing is a vocation and as such required certain qualities e.g. Compassion, good communication, etc. These nurses are a let down to the profession and they dish out sloppy care. They act with resentment. It's not my fault you resent your role. Don't make patients suffer ! Also the uniforms look like pyjamas ! A nurse used to look professional and clean, instead they look as if they are ready for bed ! We need more hospitals, not one to every borough, of course it's not enough to meet the population's health demands. Money is more important than people. To be honest, I have been robbed of NI contributions because, time and time again I've received sloppy care. The NHS is antequated, disorganised and to be honest I have nothing good to say about it. NHS you have caused I and my family members to suffer. A thorough disgrace and I will never accept the disgusting experiences, especially when my mother was terminally ill. We were badly let down. Every nurse that ill treats a patient should be fired ! !

Doctor Farhin Holia was very helpful in all explanations. Excellent quality of care and very quick service. She did all the rest for me which in Royal London hospital did nothing for me and I was left alone in a room until I collapsed. I recommend everyone to come to newham hospital.

Some staff are a little inpatient. A lot of the other members of staff are friendly.
