I had the most fantastic stay at the New Victoria Hospital.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for the nurses (I felt really sick when my evening meal was served and couldn't eat it and so a nurse made me toast a couple of hours later).
They gave me brilliant advice and seemed to really care about my well being.
I was really apprehensive about the general anaesthetic and my nurse was so friendly and stayed with me and held my arm until I was under.
The choice of food was fantastic and the portions were a good size!
I would have happily stayed a few days longer which surprised me!!!

The level of care and comfort was excellent even as a day patient I felt that I was respected and well looked after.

The New Victoria Hospital is excellent. I have attended outpatient appointments, had a CTS scan and had a brief admission to hospital for surgery. My experience as a patient has been excellent. Thank you all for your compassion, thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout.

I had an operation in March 2013 and was in the New Victoria for three days. I received very good care from all the nursing staff, they were patient and understanding and gave me confidence. The food was also excellent, being a vegetarian I was well catered for. The hospital is clean and quiet which is really good for recovery. Car park is a bit small. Overall a very good hospital.
