A lovely clean, calm and reassuring atmosphere to the New Victoria Hospital as soon as you step over the threshold! Efficient and smiley reception staff and lovely nurses - special mention goes to Helen the wonderful radiographer, who went out of her way to look after me during a biopsy, after a previous very bad experience at a different hospital. I had a clean and well equipped en-suite room after my surgery and the Alex ward day and night staff were all lovely, courteous and caring and no request was too much. Every request for personal comfort was well looked after and the food was amazing! I wished I'd felt like eating more after surgery to do it all justice! Even the tea trolley staff were friendly and kind every time they popped into my room and treated you with dignity - all added up to a great experience which I can thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Surely one of the nicest hospitals in the country! As a cancer patient for 3 years, my treatment and care has been outstanding, from Consultant Urologist (Mr Sarb Sandhu) to ward nursing to administration. Everyone seems to be truly professional and care about patients’ welfare. The overarching feeling is what hospitals used to be in the mid 20th century.

This is a five star hospital. All staff I dealt with from the receptionists to the consultants were incredibly professional and kind. The hospital itself is sparkling clean and has a lovely calm feel about it.

I felt very safe and well looked after at the New Victoria Hospital. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I stayed overnight and my room was very clean and had everything I needed.

Been using for many, many years. Latest treatment was through Covid turmoil and enhanced restrictions. Hospital staff were superb no matter where they worked.

I am so grateful to the staff from the Physiotherapy at New Victoria Hospital Kingston, especially Chinyelu who helped me to recover really well and very fast from my back problems. Her professionalism and knowledge made me recommend this service to family and friends. Also Sarah from reception was great in booking my appointments being flexible and proactively listening to my preferences. Great overall feedback and Many thanks for the amazing support given for myself as patience. Looking forward to future physiotherapy sessions.

The hospital is very clean. All the staff I have met are extremely polite and helpful and the place Runs very smoothly.
