I seen Andrew today he is such a lovely person to talk to! He listened to me and gave me advice I was having a bad day and when I left I felt much better, I really couldn’t thank him enough, thank you Andrew!!

For the past 5/6 years I have had excellent service from the call handlers to the nurses. Very pleased with the few times I have had to call. Thank you Michaela for this last month or so
