Very friendly and professional service. Had my skin and stoma examined, which I thought was going to be a bit embarrassing but it wasn't. I've given a 3* on self management as I've managed for 44 years without ever having a stoma nurse or support from any clinician.

No improvement could have been made this afternoon. It was the best.

Nothing. Tammy was superb as always. Kind and professional, but friendly, provided advice and arranged follow up for a better hernia support belt.

Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised to be met with the stoma nurse Louise who instantly put me at ease with a welcome smile lovely personality,went on to explain in full what the stoma assessment treatment would cover and made sure any questions were fully answered. Louise knowledge and confidence professional attitude was evident to see allowed me to relax and have no embarrassment to discuss my surgery, ongoing treatment ,s , prescription issues etc. I was offered advice on fitness , and how to contact NAMS should I experience any problems which included stoma nurse I must say I had excellent consultation and left feeling more confident and relaxed about managing my stoma treatment at home all credit to Louise professional knowledgeable attitude .
