This was my first time here and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease with my issues , I was listened to and was given the best advice about my concerns , I was made to feel as though I’m going to be looked after and if I need any help or advice it will always there . It was nice being made feel normal by Tammy , the nurse that saw me Thank you Andy

I really appreciate the time that I was given by Andrew he was very attentive, caring. He was a very understanding nature, offering help and advice, in a helpful, friendly manner, excellent treatment.


Nothing could have been done better!! Just excellent!

The video assessment was excellent in every way. I had asked for the appointment to be with Nurse Tammy Temple as she had carried out the previous annual assessment, an equally positive experience. Nurse Tammy Temple is able to combine consummate professional expertise with exceptional communication skills and to empathise with the patient.

My nurse (sorry I can’t remember her name but it was 9.30 on Saturday the 6th aug 22) was amazing she genuinely seemed to care about my and other stone patient needs and was diligent and attentive. Can’t thank her enough

I was very pleased with the care I was given today, Louise is a very thoughtful and l felt very at ease ,I must say some nurses I have met ,I am glad I did nt go to the same charm school as them?

Really happy with the service I received today Tammy put me at ease straight away, she was professional but friendly and listened to what I had to say. I was booked in quickly on the phone and the appointment was on time.
