The whole experience was positive with a well qualified and knowledgeable nurse. This was the first time in six years that I have had a ‘one to one’ regarding my stoma care. Definitely worthwhile and I’m pleased with the input from NAMS.


I don’t feel anything could have been done better.

Michaela listened to everything I had to say and didn’t push anything that I wasn’t happy about and gave good advice on how to use new appliances and was very understanding about everything and I could tell that she had my best interests all the time

Was extremely grateful for the opportunity to have hands on visit and someone actually seeing me and my Stoma. Was able to hopefully sort a issue out I have had for a long time. Thank you so much.
