So impressed with Morriston hospital. The staff the quality of care abd the cleanliness. Very professional from beginning to end. Thank you Morriston hospital.
I am writing this review with a broken heart , my father had a massive heart attack in May 1st and after being worked on for 20 mins and 7 electric shocks he was taken to Morriston hospital and after having stents put in was put in ITU. If we had paid a million pounds we would not have had better care taken of my father for the 11 days he fought and finally lost his fight on May 12th. The nurses were telling him everything they were doing to him even though he never woke up and was hours away from death. There were many nurses but unfortunately I can only recall the names of 3 that were caring for him on his last day, Hannah, Janine and Millie. Also the sister that was on shift that day. Thankyou all so very much for treating our Daddy with respect and making sure we were looked after aswel. We are all as a family so heartbroken over the loss but will always remember the care you gave ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent hospital, couldn't have done any better. Nothing but respect for anyone who works here.
The hospital staff were superb and couldn't do enough, however there was one issue with medication. Even though the medication had been prescribed the sister wouldn't administer it when I was in pain.
I had to insist on seeing a doctor, it was then resolved.
Having recently been treated for a heart attack,I have to say what wonderful care and treatment i received, everyone from the medical staff to the utilitys at Morristown hospital were superb.
Ii was
All staff, including porters were polite when transferring me from theatre to depts.
All nursing staff were kind and professional with plenty of information regarding my operation. The only critical problems were that visitors were still smoking near hospital entrances and disposing of chewing gum on pavements. The outpatient dept in the plastics dept. could have had a bit more attention paid to dust etc., in corners of treatment room. surgeon and theatre staff were very kind.
Guys on holiday and my wife got bitten by a dog really bad she went on to the plastic surgery ward for the night and they were brilliant but the hospital was filthy down stairs
Having accidentally swallowed a piercing(fish bone)in the tongue base/throat area,I was seen by the A and E department in Morriston hospital who inspected it in Triage and then into Minor Injuries, where a nurse attended and then a Doctor further inspected my throat problem with the aid of a camera insertion, and later after consultation, advised that ward admittance would be necessary with a possible operation to remove the awkward throat piercing. At all times the staff were caring, comforting and reassuring to ease my concerns.
To ALL staff concerned with my caring,surgery,consultant/registrar,theatre staff and anaesthetists in the Ear Nose and Throat departments, and the Ward T staff,I'd like to give thanks to all for your help, professionalism, caring and for looking after me---brilliant!
Like a disco music loud singing some rude staff not good when you need
Complete rest ...no respect of patients needs
