This was my first experience of physiotherapy and I was extremely impressed with Hannah and how thorough and explanatory she was. She was engaging and answered all my questions clearly and in a very informative way.
I actually couldn't find anything to improve upon - all the staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, tidy and pleasant.
